1 Acceptance of Terms

Mb8 provides an online wagering platform ("Platform") subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document ("Terms"). These Terms take effect from the date you first use the Platform, whether through the official mb8 website or mobile app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the MB8 website, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all these Terms in full. This acceptance is legally binding.

MB8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes that have been made.

2 User Eligibility

To use the mb8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a valid agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online betting.
• Never previously banned from using the mb8 platform or any related platform.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the mb8 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts without compensation.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identification card or passport.
• Valid identification card or passport number.
• An active and reachable email address.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Exact date of birth.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Mb8 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts. You may be required to upload a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or other supporting documents for verification purposes. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified period may be restricted from making withdrawals.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. MB8 recommends using a strong and unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

4 Deposits & Payments

MB8 accepts deposits via a variety of safe and trusted payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, direct bank transfer, and supported e-wallets. All deposits are processed in real time and funds will be credited to your account immediately once the transaction is confirmed.

Deposit Limit

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set based on the selected payment method.
• Limits may change from time to time and will be communicated via the platform.
• MB8 reserves the right to determine deposit limits based on account status and KYC level.

Currency

The mb8 platform operates entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions are displayed and processed in MYR.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your mb8 account may be made at any time, provided all of the following conditions are fully met:

• The KYC verification process has been completed and your account has been fully verified.
• No active bonuses with pending rollover requirements.
• The withdrawal amount meets the set minimum limit.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account used for the deposit.

Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes once the request has been verified by the mb8 finance team. For VIP members, processing is faster. In certain cases requiring additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Limit

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the "Account" section of the platform. These limits may be increased based on your membership status and transaction history.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

MB8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to the required rollover (wagering turnover) before withdrawals are permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• MB8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including multiple registrations to obtain repeated bonuses, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Offered bonuses have a set validity period; bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• MB8's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and not subject to dispute.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on the mb8 platform is subject to the following general rules:

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once mb8's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. mb8 reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds due to technical errors or human error.

Betting Dispute

In the event of a dispute regarding a match result or bet settlement, mb8's decision is final after a review against recognised and trusted sports news sources. The dispute period is within 48 hours of the result being finalised.

Live Betting

For live betting, odds change in real time based on match developments. mb8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting markets in the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances during a match.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Minimum and maximum bets vary by market and betting type.
• MB8 reserves the right to restrict betting limits for specific users based on their betting patterns.

8 Bans & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MB8 platform and may result in immediate account closure, fund freezing, and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets automatically.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or incorrect odds.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee winnings (unauthorised arbitrage).
• Transfer of funds between accounts for the purpose of fraud or money laundering.
• Using another person's personal information to register an account.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt mb8's technical systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without written authorisation from mb8.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

Mb8 takes user privacy extremely seriously. All personal data you provide during registration and platform use is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with mb8's Privacy Policy, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By using the MB8 platform, you agree that:

• Your data is used for identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement purposes.
• Mb8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data and to request corrections if there are any errors.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

MB8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• A request from legal authorities or financial regulators.
• A request by the user themselves to close their account.

Voluntary Closure

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mb8 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded once all reviews are complete, provided there are no outstanding disputes or investigations.

11 Responsible Betting

MB8 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

The mb8 platform provides the following tools to help players manage their betting habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount that can be wagered in a single session.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit before the platform blocks further bets.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude completely from the platform for an extended period.

12 Changes to These Terms
